He combines clinical expertise with compassionate leadership to strengthen Supported Independent Living (SIL), participant wellbeing, and positive outcomes across Adelaide.

Dr Noman Tahir is the Co-Founder and Director of EasAbility, supporting the growth of a leading disability support provider in Adelaide. He focuses on creating inclusive services that promote independence, community participation, and high-quality NDIS support for participants and their families.
Aditya Patel
Aditya Patel oversees technology solutions that support EasAbility’s delivery of reliable NDIS support services. He helps maintain secure, efficient systems that enhance communication, streamline operations, and improve the overall experience for participants, families, and support teams.
Helen Schulze
Helen builds strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators, and community organisations to connect people with the right NDIS support. At EasAbility, she strengthens referral partnerships and helps individuals across Adelaide and South Australia access personalised services that support their goals, choice, and independence.
